How to send a notice
Email us at contact@phcasinoguide.com with the subject line “Copyright notice” and include:
- Your name, address, phone number and email address.

- The exact web address (URL) of the page on our site where it appears.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn’t authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review every valid notice. If we agree the content infringes your rights, we’ll remove it or disable access to it, usually within a few working days.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send us a counter-notice at the same email address, explaining why the content doesn’t infringe and including your contact details and signature.
Please only send a notice if you’re sure. Notices that knowingly misrepresent infringement may have legal consequences.
