This policy explains what information PHCasinoGuide collects when you use our website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We’ve kept it short and in plain language.

Who we are
PHCasinoGuide (phcasinoguide.com) is an independent website that compares PAGCOR-licensed online casinos and publishes guides for players in the Philippines. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) in how we handle personal information.
What we collect
We keep the information we collect to a minimum.
- Information you send us. If you email us or leave a comment, we receive your name, email address and whatever you write.
- Usage data. Like most websites, our server keeps basic logs: your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. We use these to keep the site secure and working.
- Analytics. We may use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site, such as which pages are read most. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your device type, rough location and the pages you view. It does not give us your name.
- Clicks on casino links. When you click a “Visit site” button, the link passes through a short address on our site (starting with /go/) before taking you to the casino. We count how many clicks each casino gets. We don’t store who clicked.
We never ask for your casino login, payment details or ID documents, and you should never send them to us.
Cookies
Cookies are small files saved by your browser. We use them for analytics and to make the site work properly. The casinos we link to also use their own cookies once you arrive on their sites, including to track that you came from us.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features may not.
Third parties
Some services we use may receive limited information when you visit:
- Google (Analytics and Fonts), which may see your IP address and browser details.
- Casino websites, when you choose to click through to them. Once you leave our site, their own privacy policies apply, so please read them before you sign up.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its logs.
We don’t sell your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep emails and comments for as long as we need them to reply or keep a record, and delete them when they’re no longer needed. Server logs and analytics data are kept for a limited period [CHECK: e.g. up to 14 months for analytics] and then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- be told how your personal information is used
- see the personal information we hold about you
- ask us to correct it if it’s wrong
- ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it
- complain to the National Privacy Commission if you think we’ve mishandled it

Age limit
Our site is for adults 21 and over, because gambling is only legal from age 21 in the Philippines. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
